This Privacy Policy explains how PLMMarket Inc. (“PLMMarket”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, applications, APIs, and Enterprise PLM Nodes (the “Services”).

1. Scope & Relationship to the Master Terms

This Policy forms part of the Master Terms of Service and uses defined terms therein. If a conflict exists, this Policy governs privacy questions; otherwise, the Master Terms control.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Profile Data: name, email, organization, role, preferences.
• Payment Data: limited payment metadata via processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, telemetry, crash logs.
• Content & PLM Data: documents, knowledge entries, embeddings, and provenance metadata you upload or generate.
• Enterprise Node Data: organizational content stored in a private node under the enterprise’s control.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Services, including DPVI scoring and provenance logging.
• Process transactions in USD and/or USDC, send payouts, and prevent fraud.
• Operate analytics, auditability, and royalty allocation dashboards.
• Communicate about changes, features, and security notices.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

• Contract: to deliver the Services you request.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, product improvement.
• Consent: where required (e.g., certain cookies, marketing).
• Legal obligation: accounting, tax, compliance.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

• Processors: hosting, email, payments, support tools under DPA obligations.
• Enterprise Nodes: customer controls access; we only access as permitted for support or as required by law.
• Compliance & Safety: to comply with law, protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services.

6. International Transfers

Where applicable, we use recognized transfer mechanisms (e.g., SCCs) and implement appropriate safeguards.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined or as required by law and our audit obligations (e.g., provenance and billing logs).

8. Your Rights

Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. Submit requests to privacy@plmmarket.com.

9. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and privacy-by-design for Enterprise PLM Nodes.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or as defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect such data.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified via the platform or email with an effective date.
