PLMMarket.com (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Professional Language Model (PLM) Marketplace, including services for individuals, universities, corporations, and public users.

By using PLMMarket.com, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

Individuals & PLM Creators: Name, email address, professional biography, areas of expertise, payment details (for royalty payouts or subscription charges), and optional profile information.

Universities & Corporate Accounts: Institution name, administrator contact information, faculty/employee/student rosters (for access management), and billing information.

Public Users: Account credentials, payment details (if subscribing or purchasing query access), and optional profile data.

PLM Content

When creating a PLM, creators provide professional experience, expertise, structured knowledge entries, documents, and other intellectual property. This content remains under the creator’s ownership, but is licensed to PLMMarket for operation of the Platform (see Section 5).

Data

We automatically collect metadata related to:

  • Queries made to PLMs
  • Frequency and volume of queries
  • Interaction logs for SuperPrompt Super-Intelligence features (without exposing private knowledge unless expressly permitted by the PLM creator)
  • Device, browser, and IP address information

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled securely through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers or banking details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide Services: To host PLMs, manage access restrictions, and process queries.

Royalty Distribution: To calculate and distribute royalties to PLM creators when their PLMs are used in paid SuperPrompt queries.

Access Management: To enforce university- or company-specific restrictions (e.g., faculty/students-only access, employee-only PLMs).

Research & Development: To improve PLMMarket features, AI query routing, and the SuperPrompt system.

Compliance: To meet legal, regulatory, and security requirements.

3. Access Controls & Restrictions

Individual PLMs: May be public, restricted (invitation-only), or monetized per creator’s choice.

University Accounts: Access can be restricted to verified students and faculty only. Outward-facing PLMs (e.g., research FAQs) may be tagged as public, if allowed by the institution.

Corporate Accounts: Private PLMs for employees only, with the option to create customer-facing PLMs for external use.

SuperPrompt for Collaborative Super-Intelligence: Only vetted and approved PLMs will be used. Creators are notified when their PLMs are included in SuperPrompt queries and royalties are paid accordingly.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics tools, and authentication partners.
  • Institutional Admins: University or corporate admins may access limited data necessary for managing their users’ accounts.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order.
  • SuperPrompt Queries: Query counts and royalty reports are shared with PLM creators, but user identities remain anonymized unless disclosure is legally required.

5. Intellectual Property & Royalties

PLM creators retain ownership of their knowledge content.

By uploading PLM content, creators grant PLMMarket a non-exclusive license to host, process, and serve the content to authorized users.

Creators whose PLMs are included in SuperPrompt Super-Intelligence queries receive royalties proportional to usage volume, as defined in the Creator Terms.

6. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect user data. These include:

  • Encrypted storage of sensitive data
  • Role-based access controls for universities, corporations, and individuals
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability monitoring

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and as required by law.

PLM content remains active until deleted by the creator or the affiliated institution.

Query logs and royalty calculations may be stored for audit and compliance purposes.

8. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access and correct your personal information
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to contractual and royalty obligations)
  • Restrict certain data processing activities
  • Export your data in a portable format

9. Children’s Privacy

PLMMarket is not intended for children under 16. Universities that allow student access must ensure compliance with FERPA, GDPR, or other applicable regulations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
