These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PLMMarket.com (“the Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including creation, licensing, and use of Professional Language Models (PLMs). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use PLMMarket.com.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- Individuals must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to create a PLM.
- Universities & Companies must designate an authorized administrator responsible for account setup, user management, and compliance.
- Students & Employees may only access PLMs if invited through institutional or corporate accounts, subject to access restrictions set by their organization.
2. Ownership of Content
PLM Creators retain ownership of their content, including professional expertise, structured knowledge, and materials submitted to build a PLM.
By submitting content, you grant PLMMarket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing license to:
- Host and display your PLM content;
- Serve queries to authorized users; and
- Vet and tag eligible PLMs for inclusion in SuperPrompt Super-Intelligence.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the content you submit.
3. Royalties & Payments
- PLM Usage: Creators may earn revenue when their PLMs are accessed by third parties on a per-query or subscription basis.
- SuperPrompt Royalties: Approved PLMs used in SuperPrompt Super-Intelligence queries generate royalties for creators, calculated based on query volume and usage metrics.
- Payment Processing: All payments are handled through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). PLMMarket does not store financial account details.
- Withholding: We reserve the right to withhold or adjust royalty payments if we detect fraud, misuse, or errors in reporting.
4. Access Modes & Restrictions
- Public PLMs: Accessible to all registered users of the Platform.
- Restricted PLMs: Access controlled by the creator, university, or company.
- Corporate & University Accounts: May create private PLMs restricted to employees, faculty, or students, as well as outward-facing PLMs for customers or the public.
- Compliance: Universities are responsible for ensuring compliance with FERPA, GDPR, or other applicable student/faculty privacy laws. Companies are responsible for ensuring compliance with employee and data protection laws.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or infringing information to a PLM;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit PLMs outside of permitted use;
- Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; or
- Circumvent access restrictions or licensing requirements.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
- Platform IP: The PLMMarket name, logo, software, and SuperPrompt system are the intellectual property of PLMMarket.com and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior consent.
- Creator IP: Each PLM creator retains all rights to their submitted content, subject to the limited license granted to PLMMarket under these Terms.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of PLM outputs. Responses are based on knowledge provided by creators and may include AI-generated elements.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLMMarket shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLMMarket from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or your PLM content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- You violate these Terms;
- You misuse PLMs or attempt unauthorized access; or
- Required by law or regulatory obligations.
Creators may delete their PLMs or accounts at any time, subject to ongoing royalty and compliance obligations.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts located in [Insert Venue], unless prohibited by applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms
