About the Role
PLMMarket.com is hiring Professional Language Model Managers to create, maintain, and monetize Professional Language Models (PLMs) across our 30+ knowledge categories. This is a remote, self-directed role where you’ll turn your expertise into queryable, revenue-generating models used by individuals, businesses, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain at least 5 PLMs in areas you are well-versed in.
- Complete all fields in the PLM Wizard (knowledge chunks, provenance, citations, use cases, and tags).
- Ensure ongoing accuracy, relevance, and provenance of your PLMs.
- Set and optimize per-query and subscription pricing.
- Promote your PLMs to relevant communities, companies, and institutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise (resume alignment with one or more of our 30 categories).
- Clear written communication; ability to produce a 5–10 page foundation paper for your first PLM.
- Self-starter mindset; ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize updates.
- LinkedIn registration preferred for professional verification.
Compensation
Revenue-based earnings from per-query fees, subscriptions, and enterprise licenses. Payment and PLM subject matter assignment depend on your resume and successful verification (Stripe KYC).

- Free onboarding videos (Guidde) covering PLM setup, pricing, promotion, and maintenance.
- Analytics and DPVI-driven insights to optimize your PLM’s performance and revenue.
- Community best practices and periodic office hours.
